Jessica is sitting at a table, sipping on a latte and reading a book. A man, ALEX, walks in and sits down at the table next to her.
Alex: Excuse me, do you mind if I sit here?
Jessica: No, not at all.
Alex: That’s a great book you’re reading. I’ve always been a fan of Hemingway.
Jessica: Me too. I’m actually here for a book club meeting later.
Alex: Oh, that sounds interesting. What book are you discussing?
Jessica: The Sun Also Rises.
Alex: Ah, one of my favorites. You have great taste in literature.
Jessica smiles.
Cut to:
Int. Art museum - Day
Jessica and Alex are walking through the museum together, discussing the paintings.
Alex: This one is my favorite. The colors are so vibrant and the brushstrokes are so precise.
Jessica: I agree. But this one over here is my favorite. The way the artist captured the emotion in the subject’s eyes is just incredible.
Alex nods in agreement.
